e-voc from 21.03.2010 - Joys of Parenthood

Dear Friends of vocaldente,
Unto us a child is born. No, we don't mean our new countertenor Timo (Who has fit in devilishly well to the vocaldente ensemble, who also, however has a 'blown-out' kneecap from a Speed-Badminton injury, proving we need to take better care of him..) No, we mean our electronic baby in the World Wide Web: we now have a Fan Forum. The stork stayed at home this time, because lovely Sonja hand-crafted this new arrival. And to guarantee that her effort is not in vain, we would be ever so happy to see many vocaldente lovers united or reunited in the near future: to attend concerts, to exchange favorite recipes (for example Gulasch 'Johnny', Risotto 'Tobi'), or something along those lines. Why not take a look right now? www.vocaldente-fans.foren-city.de
We also got that telltale 'glow' of happiness when we discovered, that our Myspace page hit the 50,000 click mark. On an international scale, we received the most visitors from the USA. Out in front, California, close behind for the silver, South Carolina, and tying for the bronze, Michigan and Florida. Hey guys, thanks... We really must visit again soon.
And we really will be visiting the USA again in April. We will come to L.A., New York, Findlay and Pittsburgh (OH), Washington D.C. and Lincroft (NJ). The exact tour dates you find HERE. Whoever would like to get a bit of tour-nostalgia in the meantime is warmly invited to watch the new VIDEOCAST US West Coast. Here, look over our shoulder(s) as we host the world's largest a cappella competition in San Francisco and jet through the mountains of Colorado – and you'll be our 'escort' in the 'City of Sin', Las Vegas, and our equally sinful ramble through L.A.

So, until our next adventures abroad, a whole series of concerts in Germany await us, and we are just as excited. By the way, whoever sends vocaldente their zip code (with one click of the mouse on 'Anworten'/'Reply' at: newsletter(at)vocaldente.org), will then receive reminder-emails from vocaldente, as soon as there is a concert in your area. (This is mostly important for our loyal fans of 'former days'; we have already asked for the zip code of most of our new newsletter subscribers)
That joy of Parenthood, that tell-tale glow, that travelling spirit... if that isn't the feeling of springtime. Only thing missing: well, springtime. But surely it will come, just like the 'Yee haw' in 'Country Boy'. Prospects are good!
Warm Wishes
All 5 of us from vocaldente
